Are you able to help in being part of the organisation of the HRGB National Rally which will be held in Stirling in Spring 2023?

The 2023 HRGB National Rally will be hosted in Scotland, at Stirling Court Hotel in the grounds of the beautiful campus of the University of Stirling on 14-16 April 2023.

An event of this scale requires a mammoth number of tasks to be undertaken to ensure that everything runs smoothly. In order to ensure no one person is left with a large amount of work, it would be helpful if you or your team would be willing to take on any of the tasks which remain to be allocated:

Publicity

Preparation of publicity material for Reverberations.

Preparation and sending of publicity materials for local circulation.

Sponsorship - Seeking sponsorship both locally and further afield. Seeking sponsorship or support in kind for aspects of the event (within the national/international handbell industry).

Trade - Arranging trade stands and sales areas.   

Rally

Front of House.

Massed ringing.
